While we know that an integrated system (that can help with scheduling, payroll, managing your complicated pay rules and calculations, and employee management) sounds great, transitioning to a whole new system also sounds like a pretty big pill to swallow in one gulp.

Well, with an Inclusion test drive, you don’t have to.

We do things differently at Inclusion and our test drive is a different proposition too. This isn’t a lightweight, 30 day, use a few features and figure things out on your own adventure. Instead, our goal is to help you experience the full range of services and features that your organization needs for an extended period of time – say six to eight weeks - and then make an informed decision after using our system and making sure it does exactly what you need it to do to become a customer. All with full support from the Inclusion team along the way.

So, how much does the Inclusion test drive cost? Nothing. But it’s not free! There is an investment of time and energy on the part of your organization and the Inclusion team that will be required to achieve a successful test drive experience.

How much is the Inclusion test drive worth? Everything! Think of the peace of mind you will have based on a real trial that proves the ability of the system to schedule staff properly, capture, calculate and allocate hours accurately, and store and manage HR details and tasks just as your organization requires. Not only that, when working together you can experience our level of service and commitment to the Community Living world and decide for yourself and your organization if this is something you would appreciate as a customer.


There are 4 parts to the Inclusion test drive...


1. Information gathering – talk, talk and more talk! The Inclusion team will have a discussion with selected individuals from your organization to understand how you do things to help us meet those requirements in the test drive.

2. System set-up – we will configure the system to reflect the details that are identified in Step 1. We will also select with you the individuals and departments that will be involved with the test drive. This will allow us to compare results between the Inclusion system and your current process.

3. Driver training school – we will conduct a series of group and independent training sessions for test drive participants detailing how to use the Inclusion program and system.

4. Supported Inclusion test drive – the test drive will roll out with full support of the Inclusion team to your test drive participants. During this time period, the feedback we receive from your organization lets us tailor the Inclusion program to your needs, ensuring we are doing everything possible to make your pain go away.
