Employee Engagement offers a fresh look at an untapped opportunity that lies hidden within many developmental service agencies: the opportunity to supercharge employee engagement in all levels of staff.

Attendees will walk away from this workshop with new ideas on how to boost staff morale, create a positive workplace environment, and have new tools and techniques to optimize the productivity of each individual staff member. This workshop combines professionally developed theories on workplace culture with real-world examples tailored specifically to the agency world.
