Workshop attendees must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of workshop for registration.

Effective Feedback will help participants explore supportive ways to give and receive both positive and negative feedback. The major focus of the workshop will be on ways to address problematic behaviour that can result in behaviour change and maintain a positive working relationship.  Participants will learn how to give feedback to reinforce positive behaviours and how to build in a feedback relationship, to increase their comfort and effectiveness in delivering negative feedback. Effective Feedback was one of the most popular topics introduced to our leadership training workshops in 2010.  We had numerous positive feedback regarding the workshop and requests for us to bring it back!

This workshop will be facilitated by Mike Labun (Click here to learn more about Mike).  Mike had facilitated many IBEX Leadership Workshops since 2010 , his interactive presentation style and sense of humour was welcomed by all our participants.  Mike has been a mediator and workshop facilitator since 1995. With extensive knowledge in dealing with conflict resolution and substantial teaching experience, we can be certain that our attendees will leave with lots of useful skills to enhance their work environment.

Effective Feedback is one of many topics offered by our Leadership Training Workshops organized by IBEX, maker of Inclusion.  Our workshops will explore a wide variety of subjects relevant to leaders in Community Living Organizations. Participants may attend one or multiple sessions depending on their interest and availability.
