How to Deal with Difficult People will give you the tools to manage conflict at work and beyond. This introductory workshop examines basic approaches to dealing with conflict and provides the opportunity to learn concepts and skills which are crucial to handling conflict in healthy ways.  It is an essential professional development tool for managers, team leaders and front-line staff.  How to deal with difficult people was one of the most liked topics offered in 2010.  Many participants found the course contents valuable and applicable to their workplace.

This workshop will be facilitated by Sue Hemphill.  Sue has extensive experience as a trainer and a mentor for many other local trainers. Her past involvement in coordinating various programs and managing multi-party collaboration projects gave her insights on how to create and maintain a harmonious work environment. Sue currently works as an organizational and staff development consultant in both the private and public sector. (Click here to learn more about Sue)

How to Deal with Difficult People is one of many topics offered by our Leadership Training Workshops organized by IBEX, maker of Inclusion.  Our workshops will explore a wide variety of subjects relevant to leaders in Community Living Organizations.
