There are four steps involved in adopting Inclusion in to your organization in as little as six (6) weeks: set-up, customization, training, and trial period. 1. Set-up In order to understand the specific needs of your organization, IBEX runs a phantom payroll over a two-week period to analyze how your earnings, benefits and deductions (EBDs) are calculated. The phantom payroll (IE. a replication of existing payroll system) also provides us with critical information such as pay codes and pay classes so we can customize our solution to your pay requirements. Time period: 2 to 4 weeks For many organizations, customization may not be necessary as Inclusion may already have the tools that meet your needs. If, through the discovery process, we find ways Inclusion can better meet your needs, our IT team will work to create the solutions to meet those challenges. Time period: 0 to 2 weeks
Once we have gathered all the information to customize Inclusion for your organization, we host a series of training sessions for team leaders and employees to ensure your success with your new payroll and employee-management system. These sessions can be held at our offices in Time period: up to 1 week
Let’s get started. The trial is an opportunity for you to experience how much easier payroll and employee management in community living really can be. During the trial users, can tour around the program and learn more about the tools relevant to their jobs and incorporate the program in to their daily or weekly tasks. Team leaders and users are also encouraged to provide us with feed back about their experiences as well as suggestions on how Inclusion can be further customized to meet their needs. Here at IBEX, we also use the trial period to make sure we have a clear understanding of your payroll needs and to ensure accuracy for your payroll, scheduling and custom reporting needs. Time period: 4 to 8 weeks Getting started today really is that easy. To find out how you can invite Inclusion in to your house, contact Terry Harrison, |
