At IBEX (the makers of Inclusion), the most important element of our corporate culture is that of respect: respect for each other, respect for our clients and respect for our suppliers and partners we work with. Because at IBEX, we know that when people are respected, good things happen.

And respectful work environments don't just happen – they need to be nurtured. From our daily Herddle at 10:12 every morning to the IBEX barbeque (the IBQ) every Thursday from May to September, it's getting to know each other as people and not just coworkers that fuels our respect for one another while serving as productive team building initiatives.

In addition to getting to know each other, IBEX also takes pride in getting to know the community in which we operate. Supporting and encouraging our staff to give of their time in their community, as well as participating as a company in community projects such as Women Build for Habitat for Humanity, Clean Your Green and the South Osborne Beautification Committee, we've reaped the intangible rewards associated with giving with our hands and our hearts.

Recognizing the research that shows that one of the most pressing concerns in today's labour force is employee retention and engagement, IBEX has implemented a profit sharing and employee ownership plan. It's the value of ownership that provides the tangible rewards we all work hard to earn.

Finally, the IBEX culture appreciates the value of family responsibilities. Because, hey, life's a delicate balance and the work-life balance isn't easy. We work hard with our Herd members to come up with creative ways that ensure the value of productivity at work while acknowledging that work isn’t everything.
